Servipedia is a special project of SERVSIG, which is an academic special interest group of the American Marketing Assocation. Here are some useful links:

Here are some of the people involved in Servipedia.

• Eileen Bridges (Kent State University) is the SERVSIG President.
• Ray Fisk (University of New Orleans) is the Servipedia Discussion Leader
• Clay Voorhees (Currently, Florida State University, taking a faculty position at Michigan State University in the Summer of 2006) is the Electronic Media Officer for SERVSIG
